GAERI Moments of Growth: We Share … YOU Share

We Share. At GAERI Consulting, our life’s work is to support individuals, teams, and organizations during personal or professional transitions. We are inspired to provide a repository where you can share and receive Moments of Grace, Grasp or Growth or “MOGs” with other GAERI readers as you are comfortable. We know you will motivate others who read our blog.

I (Kelly) will share one of my own. A “MOG” is simply your personal or professional “Moment of Grace, Grasp or Growth” as you experience transition from where you were to why, who, what or where you are now because you took committed action and grew!

Kelly’s MOG: Launching our GAERI website has been a journey with moments of second-guessing. From choosing logos, photographs, writing blogs, developing content and business models, I realized perfection was getting in the way. You know the old saying, “perfect is the enemy of progress?” It reminded me to get back to strategy, mission and purpose. My Moment of Growth came when I:

  1. Listened to the experts I hired (Website Designer/Photographer) enabling them to be the geniuses they are.

  2. Incorporated as much of the valued feedback I received as possible from GAERI Consulting family, advisors, colleagues and friends.

  3. Let go of perfection and launched the website knowing the sooner I did, the sooner we could take care of clients who needed our services.

  4. Mission complete!

You share. Now it is your turn! Please email me your Moment of Grace, Grasp or Growth. your MOG. As you can see, it does not have to be a gigantic story. This is your inch, foot, yard, or mile of grace, grasp or growth forward … just as you define it. Thank you for sharing. You inspire us!
