Gary Prindiville Sr. and Linda Prindiville, married 58 years!

You might wonder why I chose the name GAERI to start my business. As the second oldest in a family of six children, I was blessed to have parents who modeled strong values of service. The Gaelic spelling for Gary is GAERI. In honor of my Father Gary, Judo Instructor, Deputy Sheriff, and later head of International Security for a Global firm, Dad taught me the values of hard work, assertiveness with integrity and exceptional service. My Mom Linda, working inside our home, had an endless supply of compassion for us, neighbors or anyone in harm’s way. A self-taught cake decorator who brought joy to every birthday, she never minded listening to that last detail, finding the lost item or mending the scraped knee. Thank you Mom and Dad-I love you to infinity!

Meet Kelly

After nearly three decades holding responsible executive corporate learning, organizational change management, and consulting positions in addition to serving as Adjunct Faculty at three Universities, Kelly Pingleton opened GAERI Consulting Group.

Using her experiences as a leader and consultant from Hawaii to Maine, and now a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index-Master Practitioner, she is dedicated to enabling others to elevate their energy, talents and potential in their personal or professional lives.

“GAERI Consulting Group is a legacy to the many leaders who trusted and promoted me to leadership to move the ball forward in some big way. GAERI is also a legacy to my family. Change and transition is not always easy. I have seen it handled in ways that looked absolutely seamless. Surrounded by that support, it felt like second nature; it was invigorating! On the other hand, I saw and experienced my own faltering. It is understandable that particularly stressful changes and transitions can cause us to feel stuck. My parents always reminded us, “you are your brother’s keeper” and “your word is your bond.” This call to Consult and Coach drives me to serve others in a way that brings tremendous joy as my clients get “unstuck” to achieve their goals and dreams.

I am happily married to my husband Rich of almost three decades. We have two daughters, a new son-in-law and two dogs. We enjoy hanging out with all of them, being outside, gardening, our pool, walks in parks or trails, and traveling to visit my sweet father-in-law Bob in Alabama or my parents Gary and Linda who retired on a 135-acre farm in the country.

My husband and I both come from large families, so our home seems to always be bustling. I enjoy the quiet so coaching relationships are sacred to me. Entering into a space with someone or an organization that wishes to share their most endearing truths is such an honored privilege.

I support BEST BUDDIES which is the world’s largest organization dedicated to ending the social, physical, and economic isolation of the 200 million people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). BEST BUDDIES programs empower the special abilities of people with IDD by helping them form meaningful friendships with their peers, secure successful jobs, live independently, improve public speaking, self-advocacy, and communication skills, and feel valued by society.
